I’m Faraz Ahmad. I run a solo + collaborator studio that ships production WordPress migrations, Laravel SaaS builds, and AI agents — with a healthcare marketing fulfillment specialty.

What I do

Three angles, all fulfilled directly by me with one or two trusted collaborators when scope demands it: healthcare SEO fulfillment for agencies, WordPress infrastructure work for founders and agencies, and production AI builds for teams shipping AI features.

Why this site

Most “WordPress + hosting” content is affiliate fluff. Most “healthcare SEO” people don’t ship code. Most “AI dev” content is hype demos. I publish the receipts: original benchmarks, build logs, decision frameworks, and case studies anonymized but specific.

Editorial rules: methodology or it didn’t happen. Show the receipts. Take a position. Cite freely. Update don’t churn. Anonymize but specify. No AI-summary sludge — AI is a research and drafting accelerator, not the byline.

Background

Before going independent I ran technical SEO and infrastructure at growth-stage agencies. The brief was usually “keep the rankings, fix Core Web Vitals, and don’t touch the budget.” That seeded most of what’s published here.
